About

We built Ocupi because plans kept falling through.

A platform for real activities between real neighbors in Novi Sad.

What is Ocupi?

Ocupi is a city-level social activity platform for Novi Sad, Serbia. People post activities - sports, board games, culture, coffee, walks - and others join them. No algorithms, no strangers from across the country. Just people who live nearby and want to do things together.

The problem we're solving

Group chats that never agree on a date. Plans made on three different platforms that collapse because one person drops out. Activities that never happen because organizing them feels like a second job.

We've all been there. Ocupi replaces that friction with a simple flow: post an activity, set a spot limit, and people who actually want to show up can join. Done.

The reliability score

The core of Ocupi is trust. When you join an activity, people are counting on you. That's why every user has a reliability score - a running record of whether you show up to what you sign up for. It's not a punishment system; it's a way for hosts to know who they can count on, and for the community to self-govern without admins having to intervene in every dispute.

Show up consistently → your score rises. Ghost repeatedly → your score drops and you may be limited in joining new activities.

Where we are

Ocupi is currently in closed beta in Novi Sad. We're building slowly and deliberately - better to have a small community that trusts the platform than a large one that doesn't.

The team

Ocupi is built by a small team in Novi Sad. We're local, we use the product ourselves, and we care about making Novi Sad a more connected city.
